Close call
Last week, Danielle had a episode of vomiting. When we received the call from my helper in the late morning about this our heart sank. We had to quickly rush back home from work. As we are staying together with my parent, they were around to help to make the phone to us while my helper attain to Danielle.
Thank God, my helper able to be calm in this situation and perform suctioning first. It clear the mouth blockage and allow Danielle sat level to gain back to above 95%. Arriving first at home is my wife to access the situation. As it turn out to be only a mild vomiting that did not lead to any blockage to the airway. But we realised that her stomach was bloated, indigestion. So the next few hours danielle was on water only. By evening time she was back to normal but her heart rate still a bit high than normal (125) 140. When she asleep, her heart rate maintained at 110 instead of 90-98.
The previous episode happen early this year during the Chinese new year season where Danielle had a vomiting and turn blue but we manage to relieve her . She spend the next 3 days in the hospital.
By the next day, she heart rate was back to normal after we massage her leg. Somehow we find out that her leg muscle was strained as she look discomforted when we moved her.
