My Princess Danielle

Family portrait has always been on our mind to capture the precious moment. Last year, December 2013, we were invited to a event organise by the Star Pals and with Help-Portrait Singapore for a day at the Jurong Bird park.

We had a staycation at the Sentosa resort world hotel and made a trip to the Sea Aquarium. By the time we settle everything and reaches the Sea Aquarium it was already 6pm plus. The Sea Aquarium closes at 7 pm. But somehow that evening they extended the closing hours to 9pm. It a good things as there aren't much crowds in the centre. Its Danielle first time going to Sea Aquarium and seeing so many fishes surrounding her. Which really keep her busy. She really had a good time there and through out the trip she didn't fuze for her video player.

Last Sunday was sunny day and we brought Danielle out to the balcony for a sun taning session. We managed to catch the best of the day as later in the afternoon it started to rain non stop till late in the evening. We started playing bubble and Danielle join in the fun by using her bipap to blow bubble. After awhile she seem to get the hang of it. This moment seem to stood still - a precious time where me and my wife will remember and forgetting we had a special kid in the family.

Over the past few days, Beth , Danielle's sister has been faithfully helping her watering the plant. When I present her the plant, Danielle was not in the mood to view the plant which had grown so much. Danielle's condition for her running nose for the past few day is also quite stable.There no recurr of the episode and we're keeping our finger cross  that finally able to put her running nose episode to halt. In attempt to put this episode to a halt, we did quite a fair bit of things from changing her Cow milk powder to Goat, adjust her cough assist and bipap machine pressure setting and change her flu medication.  

  Growing green bean- homework for Danielle given by her teacher. We also added new word "Water Plant" to her comm book. Every day we will encourage her to water the plants and watch them grow.   Another masterpiece finger paint by Danielle and the colours of the flower was choose by herself . Also at the sametime showing  her the numbering 1 to 5.

Danielle has been battling with nasal and respiratory congestion for quite awhile. From a monthly episode reduced to weekly and to few days episode. This really cause great discomfort for her- high pulse rate, nose congested with mucal  and throat stuck with phlegm. There no fever so it not a viral infection. We felt so helpless to relief all her discomfort. Allergy is one thing we suspected. We start to change the room setting, remove anything in the room that might trigger the allergy. We also try out all the available medication for nasal congestion- Starting from Zyrtec , Clarityne , Fedac , chlormine , desloratadine and nasal spray. Hoping that will ease her discomfort and put a stop to it. As the medication will cause her drowsiness, she able to sleep through the night and not awaking to demand to watch her show. We even change her milk from cow to goat milk. Source said that cow milk is cause all the allergy and screation. We yet to see the result. Boosting her imm...
